Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all stock and inventory.
Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of required materials.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical stock checks.
Stock Control
Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items in the store.
Monitor expiry dates and damaged items.
Avoid stock shortages and overstock situations.
Stock Reporting
Prepare monthly stock reports and submit them to management.
Maintain inward and outward stock registers.
Report discrepancies or shortages immediately.
Coordination
Coordinate with purchase department for stock requirements.
Provide stock updates to concerned departments when required.
Assist during audits and stock inspections.
Documentation
Maintain all stock-related records, bills, and documents.
Update stock entries in the system or registers regularly.
Compliance & Discipline
Ensure proper handling and safety of inventory items.
Follow company policies and maintain discipline in store operations.
