Station Associate – Roles & Responsibilities
Receive, scan, and sort incoming parcels accurately.
Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
Organize shipments according to delivery routes.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and parcel movements.
Ensure parcels are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Assist Delivery Associates in dispatching orders on time.
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the station/warehouse.
Report damaged, missing, or misplaced parcels to the supervisor.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with the station team to ensure smooth daily operations.
