Job Description

Station Associate – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive, scan, and sort incoming parcels accurately.

  • Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.

  • Organize shipments according to delivery routes.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and parcel movements.

  • Ensure parcels are handled carefully to prevent damage.

  • Assist Delivery Associates in dispatching orders on time.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the station/warehouse.

  • Report damaged, missing, or misplaced parcels to the supervisor.

  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

  • Coordinate with the station team to ensure smooth daily operations.
