Station Associate

We are looking for a Station Associate to join our team at at Top Manpower Management Services Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹19500 - ₹20800 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments

• Scan and label packages for accurate tracking

• Sorting, scanning, and bagging of shipments pin-code wise

• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles

• Verify and update inventory records in the system

• Basic knowledge of computers preferred

• Assist in resolving operational/logistical issues

• Maintain station cleanliness and organization

• Support team in meeting daily operational targets and deadlines

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

• Provide assistance to drivers and delivery staff as needed

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
