Owning the responsibility of going to bus parking and auditing buses daily, filling the checklist
	Regular coordination with bus operators and their staff to fix bus related issues within stipulated time
	Ensuring amenities on the buses are as promised to our customers
	Closure of existing bus related complaints after providing appropriate resolution
	Conducting audits by going to the trip once a week on problematic buses to understand issues
	Facilitating and supporting passenger boarding from the assigned pickup point in the evening
	Assisting in spot bus ticket bookings and bus boarding-point sales activities
	Coordinate with ground staff like bus captains, driver/helpers ensuring compliance & SOP implementation
	Handling onboarding of new buses by ensuring all our requirements are met and buses are ready
