• Receive, scan, and sort inbound parcels by destination or delivery route.

• Use barcode scanners or handheld devices to track and log packages.

• Ensure all packages are handled carefully and sorted according to company standards.

• Organize sorted parcels in the designated staging area for delivery associates.

• Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors immediately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area.

• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required.

• Support station operations with other tasks as needed
