Job Description

The Sorting Executive is responsible for accurate sorting, scanning, and handling of shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. The role involves maintaining process discipline, minimizing errors, and supporting smooth hub operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort shipments as per route, destination, and delivery partner guidelines.
Scan all shipments accurately using handheld devices/system.
Ensure correct bagging, sealing, and labeling of shipments.
Segregate RTO, customer returns, and forward shipments properly.
Identify and report damaged, tampered, or mismatched shipments immediately.
Maintain accurate records of sorted and scanned shipments.
Follow SOPs for handling, stacking, and movement of shipments.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sorting area.
Support loading and unloading operations when required.
Coordinate with supervisors for operational updates and issue resolution.
