• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound and outbound activities.

• Supervise warehouse staff such as pickers, packers, loaders, and supervisors.

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials as per company standards.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate regular stock audits.

• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward shipments.

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for timely delivery.

• Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

• Handle manpower allocation and shift planning.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow in the warehouse.

• Maintain productivity and ensure targets are achieved.
