The ideal candidate must have a background in the motor vehicle industry and possess strong skills in customer service and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales.
Book and manage customer service requests efficiently.
Convince and convert customers whose AMC has expired to purchase a new AMC.
Coordinate with the technical service team to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
Follow up with customers and collect feedback to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records in the company’s CRM system.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
Resolve queries related to services and AMC offerings to build customer trust.
Industry Background: Must have prior experience in the motor vehicle industry (2-wheeler, 4-wheeler, or commercial vehicles).
Experience: 6 month–2 years in a service advisory or customer-facing role.
Key Skills:
Strong convincing and communication skills
Customer relationship management
Basic technical understanding of solar or electrical systems (preferred)
Fluency in Hindi and basic English
