Sales & Freight Forwarding Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Freight Forwarding Manager to join our team at at Sampark Global Logistics Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹25000 - ₹30000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development

  Sustaining of Existing customers

  Contracts and Agreements with the customers

  Renewal of Contracts

  Renewal of business with lost Customers

  Payment collection from customers

  Coordination with customer service and operations for Redressal of any complaint from customers

  Generation of Leads and closures of sales contracts with prospect customers.

  Courtesy visits to all Existing Customers and Client Tour.

  Coordination with zonal and branch heads for sales related activities

  Consolidated sale MIS for billing Department

  Reconciliation of Software vs MIS

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
