Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Warehouse and Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored logistics and warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential clients in need of warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Solution Selling:

Understand client needs and propose logistics solutions (including storage, handling, distribution, and transportation) that align with their operations.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Market Research & Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and billing.

Proposal & Contract Management:

Prepare customized proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely closing of deals.
