Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging and container industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and customer records.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably packaging, containers, logistics, or manufacturing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
