ndiaMART Lead Management
Handle all incoming IndiaMART enquiries promptly.
Contact new leads via phone within 5–10 minutes.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Send quotations through WhatsApp and email.
Follow up consistently until the order is closed.
Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp communication professionally.
Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, and interior designers.
Resolve customer queries and provide product information.
Keep customers updated regarding production, dispatch, and delivery status.
Sales Coordination
Prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment confirmation.
Process customer orders accurately.
Ensure smooth order execution from enquiry to delivery.
Dispatch & Logistics
Coordinate with the warehouse and packaging team.
Arrange dispatch through courier and transport partners.
Prepare dispatch documentation.
Share tracking details with customers.
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of all orders.
Daily Reporting
Submit a daily report including:
Total enquiries received
Calls made
Quotations sent
Follow-ups completed
Orders confirmed
Dispatches completed
Pending enquiries and action items
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Customer Support, or IndiaMART operations.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication skills.
Good negotiation and customer handling abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Experience
IndiaMART or TradeIndia lead handling.
Wholesale or B2B sales.
Customer relationship management.
Dispatch and logistics coordination.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Respond to new enquiries within 10 minutes.
Call 100% of new leads.
Send quotations for all qualified enquiries.
Maintain 100% follow-up on active leads.
