Job Description

We are looking for a Returns Executive to manage returned products within our warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting returned items, updating records, coordinating with inventory teams, and ensuring accurate processing of returns as per company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process returned products.
Inspect products for damage, defects, or missing items.
Update return status in the system.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and QC teams.
Maintain accurate records of returns and stock adjustments.
Prepare daily and monthly return reports.
Ensure proper segregation and storage of returned inventory.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
