Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join Sparrow Shopfits in Gurgaon, A Block Sector 28 Gurgaon. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹45000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities QC

1. Proposal Development:

- Prepare PMC, design fee, and fit-out proposals for clients (Tata, Reliance, D2C brands).

- Analyze BOQs and project specifications to ensure competitive pricing.

2. Costing & Rate Negotiation:

- Conduct rate analysis for materials (MDF, acrylic, lighting) and labor.

- Negotiate additional items/variations with clients and vendors.

3. Contract Management:

- Draft and review contracts, LOIs, and SLA documents.

- Maintain standard rate cards and update with market trends.

4. Tendering:

- Submit bids on platforms like TenderNed, CPP Portal.

- Coordinate with design teams for technical inputs.

5. Site Collaboration:

- Validate cost assumptions through site visits and audits.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role are eligible for this position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Additionally, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and the ability to manage time effectively are a plus.
