Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team at at S D Surveyor. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor / AutoCAD Draftsman to conduct site surveys, collect and analyze field data, and prepare accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD software. The ideal candidate should have experience in land surveying, construction projects, and drafting engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction site surveys.

• Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related equipment.

• Collect, record, and verify field measurements and survey data.

• Prepare and update survey maps, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop site plans, contour maps, and as-built drawings.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers regarding survey requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Maintain survey records, reports, and documentation.

• Assist in quantity calculations and project planning when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying software.

• Experience in handling Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level equipment.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and surveying principles.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and on-site as required.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
