Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQs and quantity take-offs.

- Measure work executed at site and maintain measurement records.

- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.

- Verify subcontractor bills and quantities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quantity reports.

- Ensure work execution matches approved drawings and BOQ.

- Support billing, estimation, and project documentation.
