Job Description

Prepare quantity take-offs from civil, structural, and architectural drawings. • Verify site measurements and prepare client/subcontractor billing. • Prepare BOQs, quantity reconciliation, valuation statements, and material reconciliation. • Develop detailed cost estimates, tender estimates, bid cost sheets, and commercial proposals. • Perform rate analysis for BOQ and non-BOQ items based on DSR, market rates, and vendor quotations. • Prepare variation statements, extra item estimates, and cost impact analysis. • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify quantity and commercial risks. • Coordinate with planning, procurement, and execution teams for quantity verification and material planning. • Maintain measurement records, estimation files, and commercial documentation
