Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality supervisor to join our team Countryman Manufacturing Pvt Ltd . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Role and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and control quality throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet company and industry standards.

2. Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.

3. Implement and enforce quality control procedures and safety standards.

4. Lead and train quality control staff to maintain high standards and improve inspection processes.

5. Review production documentation to verify compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

6. Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective actions to resolve quality issues promptly.

7. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems.

8. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects and implement preventive measures.

9. Prepare and maintain quality reports, records, and documentation for audits and management review.

10. Ensure compliance with ISO or other relevant quality certifications.

11. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

12. Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality issues and resolutions.

13. Participate in internal and external quality audits.
