PREPARE AND IMPLEMENT CORRECTIVE & PREVENTIVE ACTIONS (CAPA)
HANDLE CUSTOMER AUDITS, INTERNAL AUDITS, AND THIRD-PARTY AUDITS
REVIEW AND APPROVE CONTROL PLANS, PFMEA, AND WORK INSTRUCTIONS
COORDINATE WITH PRODUCTION, MAINTENANCE, AND TOOL ROOM FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
ENSURE MEASURING INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION AND GAUGE CONTROL
TRAIN QUALITY INSPECTORS AND PRODUCTION STAFF ON QUALITY AWARENESS
MONITOR SUPPLIER QUALITY PERFORMANCE AND INCOMING MATERIAL QUALITY
MAINTAIN QUALITY DOCUMENTATION AND RECORDS
