Quality Manager

 To take full responsibility of quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of process, 5S activates.

Preparation of Incoming Inspection Report & Maintan record. Problem solving and trouble shooting skills to be used to identify root cause and take fast effective action to resolve the problem.

Work in line with company goals & targets & Continuously work on cost reduction activities in all areas.

Ability to handle stress.

Ensure safe use of Measuring Instruments.  Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of documentation & records of maintenance ISO9001 & TS:16949  certified management system as described in the quality manual.

 To perform process, improvement and quality audit whether internal or external to ensure compliance to the requirement of the quality management system.

To promote the Quality & Safety Policy.

Co-ordination with Production for controlling WIP (Work In Progress)  Training to the workmen Responsible for raw material testing ,records , handling raw material technical data sheet.

First & Last Piece Inspection and rocord;  preparation of PDI & Incomming inspection rocord.

Maintain of Layout Inspection Plan & record, Sample Inspection Report & Conduct Trial.

In process Rejection Report, Coustomer complain hadling and coustomer communication. Knowledge of Part defects & it's reason, Problem Solving Technique & Tools like 8D reports, Fish Bone Diagram & Pareto Analysisi, CAPA, Calibration, MSA, SPC, 4M & Abnormality Tracking sheet, ECN, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, IPQC..
