We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team at at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
Define quality policies, procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.
Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality.
Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rejection, and rework.
Implement quality control tools like 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, PPAP (if applicable).
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores for quality improvement.
Approve raw material quality and monitor supplier performance.
Develop and train quality team members and production staff on quality standards.
Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality performance.
Lead cost of poor quality (COPQ) reduction initiatives.
Maintain proper documentation and quality records.
Ensure adherence to safety and 5S practices in the quality department.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
