Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out in-process, patrol, and final inspection of machined components

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, Surface Plate tools, etc.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T

• Record inspection results in QC reports, check sheets, and rejection logs

• Identify defects and coordinate with production team for corrective actions

• Verify incoming material as per specifications

• Maintain instrument calibration records and ensure instrument health

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) & CAPA activities for quality issues

• Ensure that all components meet customer standards and internal quality norms

• Follow 5S and safety protocols in QC and shopfloor areas

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
