JD For QC Inspector for CNC Machine shop               

Job Descriptions: QC Inspectors ( M/C Shop)               

Experience: 1~3 Years in manufacturing, specially in CNC/VMC/Moulding/Assembly.       Qualifications: ITI /Diploma/B.E.                

Location: Mechtex Venture  Sonale ( Bhiwandi)   

Roles & Responsibilities                   

Perform in-process and final inspection of CNC, VMC, moulded, and assembled parts.      

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining tolerances.        

Conduct visual inspection and basic functional testing of parts and assemblies.        

Maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and related quality documentation.     Ensure all quality control procedures are followed on the shop floor.          

Communicate effectively with the production, machining, and assembly teams to resolve quality issues.   Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality problems.     Support incoming raw material inspection and vendor part quality checks when required.       Good understanding of machining processes and part tolerances.          

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inspection reporting tools).          

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and team-oriented attitude.
