Key Responsibilities

Perform quality inspection of components and finished products as per quality standards.
Measure and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Identify and report quality defects and non-conformities.
Maintain inspection records and quality reports.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S practices in the workplace.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile/Production or related field)
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Quality Inspection
Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T (preferred).
Knowledge of measurement techniques and quality control processes.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/MS Office) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
