Job Title: Seating Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

Inspection of automotive seat assemblies (Front & Rear Seats)
Checking seat frame, recliner, slider, and structure quality
Inspection of foam, trim cover & final fitment
Visual inspection for defects (tear, wrinkle, dent, damage)
Gap & flush checking as per customer standards
Torque checking of critical points
Patrolling inspection on assembly line
Preparation of quality reports
Handling rejection and rework verification

Candidate Requirements:

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred)
1–3 years experience in automotive seating or assembly line quality
Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, height gauge, etc.)
Basic knowledge of drawing reading
Understanding of 7 QC tools (basic)
Ready to work in shifts

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: As per experience
PF + ESIC applicable
Overtime as per company policy
Weekly off as per shift schedule
