Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer of high tensile fasteners and precision components supplying to OEMs, infrastructure, railways and large industrial customers in India and overseas.

Position Summary

The Quality Head will be responsible for overall quality management of the plant, from incoming raw material to final dispatch, ensuring that all fasteners meet customer specifications, drawings and relevant standards (ISO/IATF etc.). The role includes leading the QC/QA team, handling customer complaints, audits and driving continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.
