Quality Inspector

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure that our products and processes meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing quality assurance processes, conducting tests and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to drive quality and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Perform internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO, customer, regulatory).

• Create and maintain documentation related to product quality, inspections, and compliance.

• Analyze quality metrics and trends, prepare reports, and present findings to management.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).

• Support new product introduction (NPI) by integrating quality planning into the development process.

• Manage customer complaints, perform failure analysis, and implement effective solutions.

• Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
