Quality Inspector

Roles & Responsibilities :-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to monitor and evaluate the quality of products and processes in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all materials and products meet quality specifications before they reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and random inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods.

• Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

• Document inspection results, generate reports, and communicate findings with relevant teams.

• Identify and report non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive action initiatives.

• Maintain inspection tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA/QC departments to resolve quality issues.

• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement programs.
