Job Description –  QUANTITY SURVEYOR & BILLING – MEP (ELECTRICAL)

In charge of handling all MEP Billing and QS electrical related jobs.

Checking of bills submitted by the contractor by taking the measurement on site. 

Checking of MEP running bills submitted by the contractor and keeps track of all materials supplied to the site. 

Preparation of BOQ, Deviations comparatives.

 In charge of handling all QS related jobs.

 Creating Indent in ERP for Purchase. 

Creating Indent Tracker for Purchase.

Creating Indent Tracker for Purchase.

Preparation of Deviation for MEP related Works.

Taking away the quantity from The Drawing for the Preparation of BOQ.

Preparation of Comparatives before Finalizing the Giving of Contract.

Preparation of LOI, Work Order, Award Sheet for Finalization of Contract

Involve in Tendering Process for awarding of work for MEP works.

Negotiations and finalizing contracts.

Emphasize the Necessity for Strict Observance of Standard procedures
