Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers to meet daily/weekly production targets.

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.

• Schedule work assignments and prioritize tasks based on production goals.

• Train and coach employees on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment and coordinate maintenance needs.

• Track production metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

• Identify and resolve production issues or delays in a timely manner.

• Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain) to streamline operations.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
