Perform visual inspection of forging and machining components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify surface defects such as cracks, dents, burrs, and other irregularities.
Verify dimensions, finish, and overall appearance as per specifications and drawings.
Use inspection tools such as gauges, calipers, and measuring instruments when required.
Record inspection results and maintain proper documentation.
Report non-conforming parts to the concerned department for corrective action.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during inspection.
