Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Fabric & Material Inspection

Inspect raw fabric, threads, buttons, and other materials before production to ensure they meet buyer specifications

Inline Quality Control

Conduct stage-wise inspections during cutting, stitching, and finishing; identify defects early and resolve them

Final Inspection

Perform final inspection of finished garments for size, stitching quality, color consistency, and overall appearance

Defect Tracking

Monitor DHU% (Defects Per Hundred Units), rejection rates, and rework; implement corrective actions

Sample Approval

Approve PP (Pre-Production) samples, pilot runs, and pre-final inspections

Standards Compliance

Ensure products meet buyer requirements, AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, and international quality norms

Reporting

Document quality checks, prepare daily/weekly quality reports, and update ERP systems

Team Guidance

Train and guide production workers on quality expectations and SOPs
