Logistics Quality Control Manager

We are hiring a Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager for our manufacturing unit in Santej, Gandhinagar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage rubber compound formulations and mixing processes.
• Evaluate compound properties and modify formulations as per specifications and trends.
• Monitor viscosity and quality parameters of rubber compounds.
• Handle non-conforming batches, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot Banbury mixing and other process-related quality issues.
• Manage and modify mixing parameters in Mesnac and Zeppelin mixer systems.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement CAPA.
• Supervise testing of rubber properties using instruments such as Viscometer, MDR, MFR, Electronic Densimeter, and Tensile Tester.
• Monitor incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products for quality compliance.
• Approve or reject materials/products based on required specifications and testing.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to prevent quality issues.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:
• Graduate or Master’s degree in Rubber Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Rubber production will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive quality standards.
• Knowledge of rubber testing and production processes is required.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
