Quality Control Manager

Job Title: Quality Control Head – Apparel/ Garments/ Bags

Location: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Control Head to take full responsibility for checking the quality of finished goods before packing and dispatch. The role includes leading a team of quality checkers, creating clear SOPs, training the team, and sharing regular feedback with the production and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check finished goods as per product quality standards

• Lead a team of quality checkers and assign daily tasks

• Train new and existing QC staff to follow checking SOPs

• Create and maintain simple quality checklists and SOPs

• Identify defects or quality issues and report them to production and QA teams

• Ensure that only approved goods are packed and dispatched

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in final product quality checking (bags/garments preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch finishing issues

• Experience in managing and training a small team

• Able to create simple documentation and communicate clearly with teams

• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, or paper-based reporting
