Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our team at at BONIE ENCLAVE PVT LTD. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹12000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sample Evaluation:

Conduct thorough inspections of PP (pre-production) samples, size-set samples, and pilot runs to approve fabric, trims, and workmanship before bulk production begins.

Inline & Final Inspections:

Perform in-line checks at various stages of the garment production (cutting, sewing, finishing) and conduct final audits of packaged goods to identify and document any defects.

Specification Compliance:

Verify that garments meet all buyer requirements, including measurements, design, color, accessories, and care labels, by referencing technical specifications and measurement charts.

Defect Analysis & Correction:

Identify the root causes of quality issues and provide clear instructions or recommendations to the production team for rectification.

Reporting & Communication:

Prepare detailed inspection reports, document findings, and communicate quality concerns and feedback effectively to internal teams, factory staff, and buyer representatives.

Quality Standards Implementation:

Ensure that all operations and products comply with established buyer and company quality standards, procedures, and codes of conduct.

Improvement Plans:

Analyze quality data and inspection results to develop and implement plans for continuous quality improvement within the manufacturing process.

Coordination:

Liaise with buyers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth progression of the production cycle.

Essential Skills & Attributes

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and quality control methodologies.

Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detecting flaws in fabric, stitching, measurements, and overall product quality.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze quality reports, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse teams and stakeholders.

Tools & Techniques:

Proficient in using appropriate tools and techniques for inspection and measurement.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
