Job Description:
Implementation of Quality assurance standards, processes, controls and Good Storage & Distribution System in the Warehouse.
Preparation, Distribution, Upkeep of SOP’s & ensure their proper implementation.
maintaining documents as per respective SOP’s.
Conducting training for employees on
SOP’s.
To assists Head Quality in handling of Quality management systems i.e: Incidence Reports, Complaints, Deviations and Change controls, CAPA as per respective SOP.
Review of all quality/ Good Storage & Distribution System documents such as
Incidence, Deviation, Change control, CAPA, etc. for closure and completeness
To investigate the incidence / deviation / complaint and ensure effectiveness of CAPA.
Monitoring the temperature in the storage area and maintain its record.
Verification of Eurotherm Alarm System and investigation of critical alarm as defined in
SOP.
Monitoring of calibration schedules, validation schedules and preventive maintenance.
schedules & Verification of preventive maintenance activity.
. Monitoring the cleanliness and pest control activities within the warehouse and maintain its record.
Performing all required in-house Validation and participates during Validation by external agency.
Supervision of Cold Chain Packing in case required.
To prepare and review Qualification and Validation documents.
To participate in internal and external audits and provide the required response.
To prepare Periodic report as required and shall provide to Head Quality
To escalate any matter related to quality impact to the respective person /Head Quality.
Assist Head Quality in managing all Quality related matters with respect to Super Distribution Sites activities including Site Visits as directed by Head Quality.
Any other task as allotted by Head QA
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
(B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC or distribution quality.
Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems.
