Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at at V C Green Energy Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suitable vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Coordinate with project/site and internal teams for material requirements.

- Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.

- Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and documentation.

- Monitor material availability and avoid procurement delays.

- Ensure materials purchased meet required quality and specifications.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 4 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
