Job Description

Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Raipur

Key Responsibilities :-

Handle procurement and purchasing activities for industrial products and materials
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and track orders until delivery
Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts departments
Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid operational delays
Prepare purchase reports and maintain documentation
Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and discrepancies.

Required Skills:-

Knowledge of purchase and procurement processes
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software handling
Vendor management and coordination ability
Good analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile :-

Graduate in any stream
Experience in purchase/procurement preferred
Experience in industrial products, bearings, machinery, or hardware industry will be an advantage
