Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase and Logistics Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date in Tally and Excel

• Contact with vendors and suppliers for raw material quotations and keep up to date on market pricing

• Negotiate pricing and payment terms and issue Purchase Orders

• Coordinate with logsitics and transport for pick up of raw material and delivery to the factory

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• prepare quotation summaries and daily despatch summaries

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

• Find new vendors and suppliers

• Prepare quotations and excel and email sales people.

Job Requirements:

Well spoken in written and verbal communication

Excel and Email is required

Tally knowledge is a plus

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
