Purchase Executive

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, tool steel, components, and consumables.

Negotiate with vendors for best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Create purchase orders and follow up for on-time deliveries.

Maintain minimum stock levels as per production requirements.

Coordinate with production, design, and accounts teams for material planning and approvals.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor evaluation records.

Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and cost-control measures.

Handle GRN (Goods Received Note), invoice verification, and purchase documentation.

Assist in developing alternate suppliers to avoid supply disruption.

Maintain accurate data of purchase history, pricing, and lead times.
