Purchase Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of goods and services required by the organization. You will ensure timely purchase of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining proper documentation and vendor relationships.

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services as per the company’s requirements.

• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best offers.

• Raise purchase orders and ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

• Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records.

• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs in collaboration with inventory teams.

• Follow up on delayed deliveries or incomplete shipments.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards.

• Assist in budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
