Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at at Purec Hygiene International Llp. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹23000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end purchase process — from vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, to final order placement.

2. Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.

3. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate documentation for all procurement activities.

4. Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, warehouse, operations, etc.) for purchase planning and approvals.

5. Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

6. Track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials.

7. Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues.

8. Maintain and update vendor master database.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and timelines for all purchases.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 5 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
