Purchase Executive

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for waste management operations (vehicles, bins, spares, safety gear, consumables, etc.).

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor payments.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the stores/warehouse team for timely replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with municipal guidelines, tenders, and environmental standards in procurement.

• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and project teams to fulfill material requirements.

• Maintain procurement records, supplier agreements, and vendor performance evaluations.

• Generate MIS reports on procurement, cost savings, and vendor performance.

• Lead a small team of purchase assistants/executives if required.
