Supplier Management & Sourcing:
Identify, assess, and onboard domestic and international suppliers (e.g., NDT, RVI); lead pricing and contract negotiations.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with key vendors; regularly monitor performance and resolve issues as needed.
Logistics & Freight Management:
Oversee shipping processes, including selecting freight forwarders and ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries.
Customs & Compliance:
Ensure smooth customs clearance for imports, working closely with brokers and complying with legal regulations (GST, duties).
Inventory & Warehouse Optimization:
Manage stock levels using forecasting tools; streamline warehouse operations to avoid delays and overstock.
Process Improvement & SOPs:
Identify inefficiencies in procurement and logistics; implement SOPs and best practices to improve performance.
ERP & Tech Integration:
Use ERP systems to enhance supply chain visibility, automate workflows, and support data-driven decisions.
Cost Management & Budgeting:
Prepare annual budgets, analyze spend data, and identify areas to reduce procurement and logistics costs.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
