Job Summary

Green Haven Developers is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing construction materials, negotiating with vendors, controlling costs, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Management

   • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for construction and real estate projects.

   • Procure cement, steel, sand, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, finishing and other construction materials.

   • Ensure timely procurement as per project requirements.

2. Vendor Management

   • Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

   • Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.

   • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.

3. Cost Control & Budgeting

   • Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.

   • Ensure purchases are within approved budgets.

   • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

4. Purchase Orders & Documentation

   • Prepare and issue purchase orders after obtaining necessary approvals.

   • Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations and vendor agreements.

   • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
