Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Purchase Executive to handle on-ground purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and timely material procurement for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to manage frequent field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit suppliers, vendors, and local markets to source materials as per requirement.

• Identify reliable vendors, collect quotations, and negotiate the best price.

• Ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials to the factory/warehouse.

• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, bills, and delivery receipts.

• Coordinate with the accounts and store team for material updates and payments.

• Check material quality during purchase and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports and track expenses.

• Follow up with vendors for pending orders and ensure smooth material flow.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

• Handle urgent or last-minute purchase requirements efficiently.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of purchase process, billing, and GST (preferred).

• Ability to travel in the city/market frequently.

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
