Job Description

We are hiring a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of HVAC materials and coordinate with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase HVAC materials and spare parts

  • Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs)

  • Track deliveries and maintain inventory records

  • Coordinate with stores and project teams

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS Excel / ERP (preferred)

  • Good negotiation and communication skills

  • Experience in procurement is preferred
