Procurement In-Charge

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall maintenance of stores, stocks and spares.

• Make sure the stocks are in adequate quantity and in par with quality for production and service of products.

• Work closely with procurement and production team in store maintenance, stock evaluation in maintaining stock quantity and avoid shortage of stock.

• Must be able to prepare PO (purchase order), negotiate with the supplier and monitor the PO until the purchases are done.

• Must ensure that the purchased stocks and spares meets the required quality set at the same time limiting the cost of purchase.

• Should have strong vendor management and mail drafting skills

• Should be able to prepare report on stocks and spares available and ensure that there is no shortage of stock at any circumstances.

• Must be willing to travel 100% in case of purchase needs.

• Must be well versed in procurement strategies and assist in all aspects of procurement.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
