Job Description

Export / Import Pricing Executive & Overseas Agent Nomination

Experience - 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Obtain competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters and overseas agents

✅ Prepare import and export quotations for customers and the sales team

✅ Coordinate with overseas agents for pricing, routing and shipment planning

✅ Handle overseas agent nominations and ensure timely execution of nominated shipments

✅ Maintain buying/selling rate sheets and monitor market freight trends

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in Freight Forwarding Pricing (Import & Export)

✔️ Strong negotiation and analytical skills

✔️ Good knowledge of international shipping routes, freight rates and Incoterms

✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills
