Zepto and Blinkit pickers and packers are responsible for handling inventory, picking items from shelves, packing products securely, and ensuring accurate dispatch for customer orders in a warehouse or fulfillment center setting### Key Responsibilities- Select items as per order specifications and scan barcodes or QR codes to confirm accuracy.- Pack items securely and label packages with correct shipping information.- Inspect products for any damage before packing and maintain quality standards.- Maintain updated stock records and assist in regular inventory cycle counts.- Organize products on shelves or warehouse racks and restock as needed.- Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the workspace clean and organized.- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily targets and support delivery operations.### Job Requirements- Education: Typically 10th Pass or below; basic literacy and ability to use handheld devices for scanning.- Age Limit: Usually 18–30 years; roles open to both male and female candidates.- Physical fitness to lift and move products; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer knowledge are valued.- Experience in warehouse or eCommerce operations is a plus, but many roles are open to freshers.### Compensation and Work Conditions- Salary ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 per month depending on performance, incentives, and company.- Shifts may rotate between morning, afternoon, and night; weekly offs are usually provided.- Benefits may include overtime pay, PF, insurance, and opportunities for advancement.These roles are vital to the efficient operation of fast commerce platforms like Zepto and Blinkit and offer stable employment with clear career progression paths.
